Well…..she did it…….she walked down the isle with a song in her heart that was vocalized by herself and the congregation.

I haven't ever been to a wedding when the Bride walked down the isle singing and the congregation joined in.  It was a beautiful sound and quite touching.

This is an official congratulations to Mrs. Katelyn Owens and her new Beaux……Charles Owens III.

My dearest and I had the delightful opportunity to photograph this main event in their life together.

I know I haven't written in a while……..I warned you…..I'm not much of a writer..but, I am doing my best to remember…..from time to time...

Now….be nice…….I know I am getting a tad bit older…….but, I'm not totally losing it!

I did remember who I was when I awoke this morning.

Okay….back to the main reason I am writing this…….what was that again???????

I loved the fact that she wanted to keep everything simple and very candid.

It allowed for the "realness" of each individual to shine through and it kept everyone relaxed……including me.

Yes, me.

After all…….Bubba and I feel we are a part of the Miller family.   After all…….of the photographs I have taken in the past few years of this teen-ager/adult now.

It was their choice to have the "At First Glance" session which makes it much easier to have enough time to grab all of the shots needed.

The "vows" being said…..I do believe I heard more sniffles other than Kate's while she read her vows to Trey.

This picture says it all……...

Till we meet again…….

Remember….into each life a little rain must fall……but, the sun still rises every morning.

Over and out,

Mrs. Rogers
